  The sea bream is marinated in Ise Kadoya miso and then grilled to the perfect softness. The sea bream has a good balance of firmness and fat—you can feel the blessing of the sea from it.

  Ise Kadoya Craft Beer

  Started with the gold award at the Japan Beer Cup in 2000, it has won many awards in multiple local and international contests such as the AIBA gold award and the Best of Class award in 2003, a first for a Japanese company. In 2017, it won the gold award at the IBA, a British judging panel that is called the Oscars of the beer industry. It is characterized by its cultivation of yeast obtained from a variety of natural locations and plants and its wide variety of beer made from high-quality hops.
