Toraji means bluebell flower in Korean. The roots of this flower are used as a natural remedy. Based on the theory that food is medicine, we offer attractive, delicious, and healthy cuisine. We serve up thickly sliced yakiniku because thicker slices more directly deliver the essential flavor of the ingredients to your palate. Also, we introduce our daily top meat selection.

We prepare our meats to be 9mm or 17mm thick slices so that you can thoroughly enjoy the flavors. Our unfrozen raw（chilled）salted tongue has been perfected through trial and error. It is sliced by hand to perfection with premium texture and freshness.
