Our homemade soba noodles made from raw buckwheat from all over Japan offer a taste of the true essence of buckwheat.

This historical Tokyo restaurant was established in 1922. We travel to local farms throughout Japan to collect raw buckwheat. We personally grind the buckwheat into flour and make noodles on site. Keeping with our history, we try to do everything completely on our own. The dishes used to present our delicious food are carefully selected, and we help farmers harvest the soba we use in our restaurant. We are definitely focused on food, but at the same time make sure to have fun!

Our skilled craftsman grind flour to produce delicate soba noodles made from 100% buckwheat. This is only possible with the finest of skill, as soba noodles’ flavor and texture are very difficult to create. You’ll be surprised by the natural flavor of buckwheat that comes through in our noodles.
