With a focus on freshness and technique, we boast cooking that will leave a pleasant aftertaste in your mouth.

Our shop was established in 1930. We operate from the belief that unaltered delicious flavor comes from careful technique in the kitchen. Fresh ingredients do not leave an aftertaste in the mouth. Our Hamburg steak, croquettes, and our Alsace region style sausages, ham, and bacon are prepared without chemical seasonings, coloring, or preservatives. We hope you will enjoy our Yoshoku menu, which features our proud, flavor-focused cooking.

Message from the master chef

Our hamburg meat is ground at the shop, producing a powerful flavor in the finished dish. Additionally, we focus on using Japanese ingredients, so you can enjoy the flavors of Japan.

An original menu item, conceived of in 1974. Taking a hint from foil-wrapped grilling techniques, we created a hybrid between hamburgers and beef stew, which were both popular at the time.
