人形町 今半 Ningyocho Imahan 14F

Established in 1895. Japanese sukiyaki A long standing restaurant that preserves culture

Our sukiyaki restaurant was founded more than one century ago in the busy shopping are of Asakusa. The original building was as grand as the Palace of the Dragon King(a palace from folklore), and our sukiyaki was prepa-red in gold pots. This splendor prompted the writing of a newspaper article in the Taisho Era(early 1900s)titled “Imahan predicts the economy.” With such a long history, we continue to preserve the flavors of Japanese cuisine with sukiyaki and shabushabu.

We are extremely fixated on quality beef. Not only do we carefully select the freshest meat, but also we strive to draw out the essential flavors of our beef using cooking methods we’ve cultivated over time. Day in and out, we are devoted to maximizing the perfect texture, delicious flavor, and beauty of our beef.
